As a key member of the Direct2U Support team, the Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting and implementing Direct2U document delivery and mobile app products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal and external customers for Direct2U itinerary and mobile app products
  • Deploy Direct2U to new Direct Travel locations
  • Maintain configurations for existing clients
  • Test Apollo and Sabre GDS formats/processes through the Direct2U system for implementations and enhancements
  • Work with other teams to determine best practices for new processes and identify optimum solutions for problems

Qualifications:

  • Experience with travel industry automation tools
  • Proficiency in Apollo GDS, working knowledge in Sabre GDS
  • Thorough understanding of travel reservation workflow and the impact to automation
  • Ability to manage product implementations, including facilitating team meetings, distributing notes, and managing tasks
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing accounting services to the organization as whole, contributing towards the daily administration of the Finance department and accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining accounting records for the company’s credit card program
  • Processing and reconciling company’s transactions related to payments made to airlines
  • Aid in the day to day accounting functions including, but not limited to, processing accounting transactions, reconciling statements, running reports and issue resolution
  • Research, track and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Continually update job knowledge and take on additional responsibility as the company grows

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail along with problem identification, analytical and resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Provides mid-office development and support for accounts, regions and departments.  Acts as automation specialist and provides maintenance, development and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web services connections to third party software in Compleat
  • Implement touchless file finishing for accounts on various online booking tools
  • Monitor application:
    • Assess and resolve runtime errors
    • Checking SQL queues / queries
    • Checking machines
    • Trend issues
  • Communicate IT issues with appropriate departments
  • Test application releases

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years vb.net programming experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience programming in Compleat
  • Thorough understanding of process workflows and downline effects
  • Strong organization skills  –  ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication Skills – Verbal and Written required

The Product Support Agent will perform duties to support the growth and enhancement of our automation tools and provide quality and efficient customer support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • File finishing and correction of online reservations
  • Queue Monitoring
  • Receive client inquiring via telephone and web portal
  • Research and diagnose of issues or questions from customers or co-workers
  • Maintain working knowledge of all products

Qualifications:

  • Five years corporate agent experience
  • Basic familiarity with Concur Travel
  • Proficient in Apollo, Word, and Excel
  • Good follow through on projects or plans
  • Team player, willingness to support others

The Branch Manager will be responsible for daily management of operation services to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.  Provides leadership and direction necessary to engage and develop staff, manage costs, increase revenue, encourage innovative and cross functional thinking, while maintaining excellence in the delivery of service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages activities of business operation to ensure profitability and quality
  • Sets clear, measurable performance targets
  • Provides industry and DT tools to best serve the customer
  • Provides information, tools, and coaching to the front line and or supervisory staff to create an engaged workforce
  • Balances the needs of clients and the company in effectively resolving issues and complaints

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years in travel management experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ticketing and pricing rules
  • Demonstrates the ability to:
  • Act as a role model to create an agile, change-adept workforce
  • Interpret business data and communicate progress toward goals to the front line workforce
