She brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across high-growth technology and SaaS organizations. Her background includes deep expertise in financial planning, operational scale, investor communications, and aligning financial strategy with broader business objectives.
Prior to joining Direct Travel, Kristine served as Chief Financial Officer at Valencell, where she led the company’s finance organization in a dynamic growth environment. She also held leadership roles at Apptio, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance.
Earlier in her career, Kristine spent more than a decade at Red Hat, where she held senior positions across global planning and investor relations during a transformative period of growth for the company, culminating in Red Hat’s acquisition by IBM.
Kristine is known for her collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and thoughtful approach to building strong, scalable organizations.
