During a Customer's Site Visit:

This information may be transmitted between and certain third party websites and/or technologies to facilitate the travel management process. Information transmitted and contained within each user's IPM profile is utilized solely to complete air, car or hotel reservations requested by the traveler.

When a Customer Makes an Air, Car or Hotel Reservation:

Once a customer has found an available air, hotel or car reservation and submitted their reservation request, that person's contact, reservation and credit card information is received and processed by the fulfillment center. This information may be shared with each traveler's corporate travel manager and may also be transmitted between and certain third party websites and/or technologies to facilitate the travel management process. Collection of this information is necessary to guarantee the reservation's rate and availability as well as to forward applicable tickets and confirmations to the traveler. reserves the right to verify the submitted credit card account information and the status of the customer's employment if using the DirectLink +Plus managed travel solution.

When a Customer Registers for the Email Newsletter:

When a Customer Participates in a Online Survey:
