Les animaux d\u2019assistance sont autoris\u00e9s dans toutes les parties de nos locaux qui sont ouvertes au public.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous ne pouvons pas facilement identifier qu\u2019un animal est un animal d\u2019assistance, notre personnel peut demander \u00e0 une personne de fournir une documentation (mod\u00e8le, lettre ou formulaire) d\u2019un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9 qui confirme que la personne a besoin de l\u2019animal d\u2019assistance pour des raisons li\u00e9es \u00e0 son handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Un animal d\u2019assistance peut \u00eatre facilement identifi\u00e9 par des indicateurs visuels, par exemple, lorsqu\u2019il porte un harnais ou un gilet, ou lorsqu\u2019il aide la personne \u00e0 effectuer certaines t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n<p>Un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9 est d\u00e9fini comme un membre de l\u2019un des ordres suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des audiologistes et orthophonistes<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des chiropraticiens de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des ergoth\u00e9rapeutes de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des optom\u00e9tristes de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des m\u00e9decins et chirurgiens de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des physioth\u00e9rapeutes de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des psychologues de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Ordre des psychoth\u00e9rapeutes autoris\u00e9s et des th\u00e9rapeutes en sant\u00e9 mentale autoris\u00e9s de l\u2019Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si les animaux d\u2019assistance sont interdits par une autre loi, nos gestionnaires expliqueront pourquoi l\u2019animal d\u2019assistance doit \u00eatre exclu, sugg\u00e9reront des alternatives appropri\u00e9es et fourniront une assistance pour permettre aux personnes handicap\u00e9es d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nos services ou installations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nous adapterons notre communication aux besoins des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Cela signifie que nos employ\u00e9s communiqueront d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui permet aux personnes handicap\u00e9es de communiquer efficacement dans le but d\u2019utiliser nos services.<\/p>\n<p>Nous travaillerons avec une personne handicap\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la m\u00e9thode de communication qui lui convient.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Personnes de soutien<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une personne handicap\u00e9e qui est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une personne de soutien sera autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 se faire accompagner par cette personne dans nos locaux. Une personne handicap\u00e9e ne sera jamais priv\u00e9e de l\u2019accompagnement de son aide sur nos locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, Les services Direct\u00a0Travel peuvent exiger qu\u2019une personne handicap\u00e9e soit accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une personne de soutien pour la sant\u00e9 ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la personne handicap\u00e9e ou d\u2019autres personnes dans nos locaux. Avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision, nous nous engageons \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consulter la personne handicap\u00e9e pour comprendre ses besoins;<\/li>\n<li>tenir compte des raisons de sant\u00e9 ou de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fond\u00e9es sur les preuves disponibles;<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il n\u2019existe aucun autre moyen raisonnable de prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la personne ou d\u2019autres personnes pr\u00e9sentes dans les locaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Avis de perturbation temporaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En cas de perturbation pr\u00e9vue ou impr\u00e9vue des services ou des installations destin\u00e9s aux clients handicap\u00e9s, Les services Direct\u00a0Travel en informeront rapidement ses clients. This means our employees will communicate in a means that enables persons with disabilities to communicate effectively for purpose of utilizing our services<\/p><p>We will work with a person with a disability to determine what method of communication works for them.<\/p><p><strong>Support Persons<\/strong><\/p><p>A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises. This clearly posted notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.<\/p><p>The notice will be made publicly available at all entrances to our offices affected and depending on the nature of the disruption may be provided by email, telephone message and on our website.<\/p><p><strong>Training<\/strong><\/p><p>Direct Travel will provide accessible client service training to:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 all employees and contractors who interact with people who wish to utilize Direct Travel\u2019s services;<br \/>\u2022 anyone involved in developing our policies;<br \/>\u2022 anyone who provides goods, services or facilities to clients on our behalf.<\/p><p>Employees will be trained on accessible client service as part of the employee onboarding process. Training will occur on an ongoing basis and whenever changes are made to relevant policies, practices and procedures. Training will be provided to each person as soon as practicable after he or she is assigned applicable duties.<\/p><p><strong>Feedback Process<\/strong><\/p><p>Direct Travel welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible client service.
