- individual guarantees for air, hotel and car rental arrangements; and
- prompt attention should an error occur as a result of the actions of any air, hotel or ground transportation provider.
This means that any company which trusts its employees’ travel arrangements to our Travologists, will be reimbursed should a traveler experience significant inconvenience or if a trip is adversely affected due to a Directravel error.
