The Chronic Complainer is a difficult creature to satisfy. When asked about their most recent trip, they start out with, 'Everything was fine, except…'. Inevitably, they are on the most crowded flights, their hotel beds are too small, and when the rental car company upgrades them, the larger car is much more difficult to park. While this creature can be difficult at first, a compassionate customer service representative, aided with traveler profiles, can easily alleviate a lot of the Chronic Complainer's concerns.
