Are there really Travologists™?
Yes, there are. Quite a few, in fact. But working for Directravel does not automatically make someone a Travologist™. Members of our staff must be employed by us for at least 1 year and have at least 3 years of travel industry experience. They must also take a thorough exam that encompasses all our internal procedures, our reporting and reservation technology and our customer service practices in order to earn their Travology™ degree.
